Refund & Cancellation Policy
Applicable for Hostels & Villas
- Guests will be charged a prepayment of 100% of the total reservation price to confirm their booking
- Reservations cancelled 21 days prior to the check-in date will get a full refund (after deducting payment gateway’s fees) of the amount paid at the time of booking
- Reservations cancelled within 21 days of the check-in date are not eligible for any refunds
- No refunds will be made for NO SHOW bookings
